The Institute for Sustainable Energy and the Environment (ISEE), as part of the Frank H. Dotterweich College of Engineering at Texas A&M University- Kingsville, promotes research and development and directs collaborative environmental and energy related studies and activities along with academic, governmental, commercial and community partners.
